1. We offer site-wide Free Returns (Excluding Freight Shipping Orders)

2. All refund requests must be initiated within 30 days of the Date of Receipt. Transactions outside of 30 Days are not eligible for refunds.

3. We offer Full Refunds for items that are Not as Described or Non Functional. Please refer to the original listing for additional details and terms. Items must be received back for inspection prior to refund.

4. Items sold as "New" or "New (Other)" must be received back in original condition including all packaging with intact factory seals to qualify for a refund. Removing an item from the manufacturer's packaging, or tampering with Factory Seals disqualifies the item from a refund.
